Cassovar Komplex is a part of the greater mixed-use commercial and residential development area. It was built on the site of former local brewery (which is an origin of the name to the project) in wider city center of Košice, the second largest city in Slovakia. The complex covers an area about 2.4 ha.

Cassovar business center I (CBC I)
Class A office building with adjacent retail zone and parking facilities. Completed in 2010 it was the first of the two office buildings of the Cassovar Komplex. Currently it accommodates 1,250 employees and offers 13,510 sqare meters of office space. The part of this building is also 6,986 square meters of retail space of Cassovar Galéria with shops, restaurants and leisure area.
Retail Gallery - Cassovar Galéria
Connecting two office buildings, retail gallery offers a leasable area of 7,629 sqare meters.
A green roof on the retail gallery is going to be used as an outdoor relaxation area with a restaurant, completion expected in 2017.

Cassovar business center II (CBC II)
Another Class A office building, completed in 2013, with office space 16,082 sqare meters, witch offers workspace for 1,200 employees. The part of this building is also 643 sqare meters of retail space of Cassovar Galéria.
An Original 60-meter tall chimney
The original chimney of the former brewery has been preserved to serve as an orientation point as well as a reminiscence of history of the entire area.

Our journey towards development of the largest multi-use complex in the city of Košice started in 2006. The works began in mid-August by demolition works on the Brewery site and a proposal for redevelopment of the site with project title Cassovar Komplex was submitted to the Ministry for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in accordance with the Law No. 24/2006 Z.z.

Cassovar Komplex is located in Košice, the second largest city in Slovakia and the regional capital of eastern Slovakia.
Košice has a strategic location at the national as well as international level. The city is the main regional infrastructure hub well connected by road to the capital of Slovakia, Bratislava (cca. 450km) and the Hungarian capital city of Budapest (260km). It also operates extensive railway connections and an international airport. With Polish, Ukrainian and Hungarian borders located within a distance of 100 km, Košice is an important international crossroad connecting four Eastern European countries. The terminals of combined transport and wide gauge railway track provide transport links to Eastern Europe.

The Cassovar Komplex is located on the edge of the historic center of Košice, between the Old and the New Town, only 5 minutes’ walk distance from the St. Elisabeth´s Cathedral - the most significant monument in Košice, and 10 minutes’ walk distance from the central train and bus station. It is surrounded by residential, administrative, as well as retail premises. The City Park, multi-purpose indoor arena and schools with sport facilities and many other amenities are within reach to walk from the site.
